'means and meditations' was inspired by the films of stan brakhage and jordan belson,
the film 'the powers of ten,' and by the NASA space missions of the 1970s.
as a child, i dreamed of worlds not my own, out of sight yet right above my head.
as an adult, i struggle to remember those dreams.
i began working on it in december of 2003, and completed it in may of 2004.
this video could not have been made without the endless support
of samantha krukowski and michael vernusky.
it is dedicated to the late dr. carl sagan, who also dreamed of other worlds.
